By purchasing or acquiring any assets, scripts, models, or services from Holt's Fire Apparatus, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All assets, including but not limited to scripts, 3D models, UI designs, and clothing, are the intellectual property of Holt's Fire Apparatus. Your purchase grants you a License to Use, not ownership of the original files or the right to claim them as your own.

2. Strict Prohibition of Resale

Reselling, redistributing, or "leaking" any products purchased from Holt's Fire Apparatus is strictly prohibited.

No Unauthorized Distribution: You may not share, give away, or sell our assets to any third party, even if you have modified them.
Permission-Based Resale: Reselling is only permitted if you have received written, explicit permission or a "Resell License" from an authorized representative of Holt's Fire Apparatus.
No "Trading": You may not trade our assets for other digital goods, Robux, or real-world currency.

3. Usage Rights

Single-User License: Unless stated otherwise, your purchase is for a single-user/single-group license. You may use the asset in any game you own or manage.
Modification: You are permitted to modify the assets to fit your game's aesthetic, but modifications do not grant you the right to bypass the "No Resale" rule.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for "accidental purchases" or "change of mind."
If a product is found to be defective or broken, please contact our support team for a fix or replacement.

5. Consequences of Violation

Failure to adhere to these terms will result in one or more of the following actions:

Blacklisting: Permanent removal from our store and Discord server.
DMCA Notices: We reserve the right to file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request with Roblox Corp to remove our assets from your games/groups.
Reporting: Your account may be reported to Roblox for intellectual property theft.

6. Changes to Terms

Holt's Fire Apparatus reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
